Hello — I’m Rafal.
Coach, guide, facilitator, mentor, supervisor — and the heart behind The Impermanent Human.
My life has been shaped by moments of loss, belonging, reinvention, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again.
I’ve lived in several countries, built a successful corporate career, burned out, rebuilt myself, came out later in life, walked hundreds of kilometres to understand my own story — and sat with my mum as she took her final breath.
These experiences didn’t break me. They clarified me.
They taught me the truth I now centre in my work:
everything changes and within that change, we discover who we are.
Today, I help people, teams, and coaches navigate the deeply human moments of life and work:
When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking in nature, working out, listening to music (mostly classical and jazz), reading a book or creating moments that matter with the people I love.

Experience & Accreditations
I am a fully accredited coach at Master Certified Coach level with the International Coaching Federation as well as Senior Practitioner and Supervisor at European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I’ve spent years coaching internationally, designing and delivering workshops, and training, mentoring, and supervising coaches. My work blends evidence-based practice with real human experience — honest, grounded, and deeply compassionate.
I work in English, French, Polish and Spanish.
